New Pics of the Boys..

Went out the other day and got some new pics of the boys for the grandparents, its been a few years. Also think this will help with Christmas..

Family Outing..

Over the weekend we decided to take the boys and go do a little shooting. Joe recently got a new shot gun that he was wanting to shoot and so we headed up the local shooting range and got to shoot for a little bit. Patrick even tried it and actually hit a water bottle and blew the top of it off and then as you can see in the last photo he was shocked with amount of kick the gun has when it is shot, I think it hurt his arm just a little.. We had fun and can't wait to do it again.

Grandpa turns 90!

Over the weekend my Dad's family got together for my grandpa's birthday, he turned 90! It is truly amazing to have a grandparent at that age and he is still so sharp with his mind and functioning like he always has. Going for walks and keeping busy with puzzles and word books.

We had a lot of fun swimming and visiting with family.. (Sorry for the very white picture of me in my swimsuit) but wanted a picture with grandpa and then Joe and the boys.. Thanks again to my Uncle Carl and Aunt Margaret for hosting the event at there home with the great pool, the boys love it.

Glasses....

My poor boy followed in his mom's gene pool and had to get glasses finally.. At the end of last year the teacher was noticing that Patrick was squinting to see and so they recommended he get tested and sure enough he needed them. The doctor said though he really only needs them right now for classroom only so that helps. I like the frames but I actually picked another pair that was less colorful, but he loved these so we went with them. He looks so different with them on and older which is something he really doesn't need with being so tall too but that is life..
